1. About Hyderabad Shoppy

Hyderabad Shoppy is a hyperlocal marketplace and business directory that helps buyers in Hyderabad discover local sellers and helps local businesses list their products online. We provide the platform that connects the two sides — we are not a party to any sale, and we do not buy, sell, ship, or take payment for the products listed by sellers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, spam, or abuse.

3. Listings and seller responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings — including the accuracy of product details, price, availability, and contact information — and for the products they sell. Listings must be for genuine, lawful products and must not be misleading. Prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or illegal items are not allowed and may be removed without notice.

Paid plans grant a limited number of active product listings. Exceeding your plan limit or attempting to bypass it is not permitted.

4. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers deal directly with sellers. Hyderabad Shoppy does not verify every seller or product and does not guarantee any transaction. Use your judgement, confirm details with the seller, and meet and pay safely. Any dispute over a purchase is between the buyer and the seller.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Sellers may purchase a subscription plan to unlock additional listing capacity and features. Subscription fees are charged in advance through our payment provider and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by scraping, spamming, sending fraudulent enquiries, impersonating others, or interfering with the service. Reviews must reflect genuine experience.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Hyderabad Shoppy is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed products, for the conduct of buyers or sellers, or for any loss arising from a transaction between users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hyderabad Shoppy after an update means you accept the revised terms.
